The proximity to local landmarks was great, and the room had a TV with multiple channels to choose from. the front, desk staff were quite friendly and helpful with our questions about the area.
Where do I start? the room looked like it hadn't been updated in decades, and there was a funky smell we couldn't get rid of.

You can easily explore downtown and everything is nearby. It's also just a short drive to the coast. the room was decently sized and had a fridge and microwave. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness was not up to par. There were makeup marks on some of the towels, dust on the chairs, and uncleaned hair in the bathtub drain.

The hotel had a great location close to the Monterey Bay area and the coast. I loved that it was also close to downtown, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided a continental breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel and good parking facilities were also impressive.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast had a decent variety of items to choose from, including yogurt and bananas, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was very convenient, allowing us to easily access nearby attractions. Lastly, the price was relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the area.
The room was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned upon our arrival.
